Our Mission:

To advocate for, present choices and provide a quality, community-orientated service in a cost-effective manner to individuals on the iBudget Medicaid Waiver Program in order to further their independence as well as enhance their well-being so they can lead satisfying and rewarding lives. J&M has provided Support Coordination services to the Suncoast community since 1993.  J&M offers services in all 6 Regions: Suncoast, Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast and Southern.

OUR PROCESS:

Our process is to get to know each individual and what they want in life. We focus on each individual's unique needs and wants to provide them with the best chance of success in their community.

Our team has been providing support coordination services since 1993. This experience and knowledge allows us to have an special understanding of what is needed to provide the best services for the people we serve.  

Through our experience we understand each person is unique and requires different levels of care and services.  We take pride in providing any level of assistance needed and providing a support coordinator that will match well with each person.
